Our own dear AA KASSIMU is now AIR VICE MARSHAL (an equivalence of Major General in Army). Recall that we had expected this promotion to have come just before the 2017 Minna NIP Conference, but God in his wisdom chose this month of December, 2018 to give him the deserved elevation.
